All fixed-fee care packages require advance payment prior to booking confirmation. Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours in advance are fully refundable; late cancellations or missed sessions forfeit the consultation fee. Clinical advice provided is specific to the history disclosed and does not replace emergency medical services.

Patients agree to provide accurate medical histories and contact details. Dr Ahmed maintains strict confidentiality under UK medical governance standards. Emergency medical concerns must be directed immediately to NHS emergency services or nearest hospital accident and emergency departments.
